Custom

Using your inspiration we design and develop your custom piece. We sketch, and guide you through your options. We work with our in-house gemologists to create an assortment of ideal diamonds or gemstones for you to handpick for your design. Once perfected, your design is then shared with our master goldsmiths.

Trade in/Trade up

At HOWARD we welcome 'Trade In/Trade Up'. You can bring in your used and even broken jewellery and we will give you a credit that you can use towards a new piece of jewellery. You are welcome to 'Trade in and Trade up' jewellery that was not purchased at Howard.

Repairs and Services

All jewelry repairs at HOWARD are completed by our team of master jewelers in our on-site factory. Rest assured that while left in our care your jewelry remains solely on our premises where its security is always ensured. With over 50 years of experience in the jewelry and design industry, Howard is highly qualified to handle any jewelry repair, no matter how big or small. On site repair allows for quick completion times and the option for same day service.

HOWARD'S Guarantee

At HOWARD we stand by all of our products. You are welcome to come into our store and have your HOWARD jewellery complimentary cleaned and checked while you wait as often as is convenient for you. Once a year forever we will do a complimentary polish on your piece.

Should there be a manufacturing defect we will repair the item and if it cannot be repaired we will replace the item at no cost to you. All items over $500 will come with a complimentary appraisal written by a GIA certified Gemmologist.
