All jewelry repairs at HOWARD are completed by our team of master jewellers in our on-site factory. Rest assured that while left in our care your jewelry remains solely on our premises where its security is always ensured.

Ring Resizing, Repair & Soldering
These services are performed by our skilled jewellers ensuring accuracy of size and comfort. Note, we also offer sizing on necklaces and bracelets. Ring soldering for cracks or breaks and shanking to repair the base of the ring to restore its security.
Cleaning Polishing & Refinishing
Our ultrasonic cleaning service removes deep impurities, dust and fingerprints from the surface of your jewelry. Polishing restores your jewelry by removing scratches and other impurities , restoring your pieces to its original beauty. Refinish your white gold jewelry with rhodium electroplating, for a bright a white look. Finishes are a great way to update your jewelry, please ask our service team to see the different options available.
Restoration
We understand the sentimental value of your heirloom jewelry. We take great pride in restoring antique and vintage jewelry. All work is completed by master jewelers.
Chain Repair
Broken gold, platinum or sterling silver chains or necklaces can be soldered where broken. Clasp repair and clasp replacement large assortment of jewelry finding on-site.
Stone Setting, Re-tipping, Securing & Replacement
All settings are completed on-site, which include prong, channel, bezel, pave etc. Stone replacement service is completed by our GIA Gemologists in our on-site lab. Securing and re-tipping stones should be checked regularly to prevent a stone loss.
